Apne bado se maine suni hai ye kahani
अपने बड़े से मैंने सुनी है ये कहानी
I have heard this story from my elder
Rehta tha kisi shehar me ek aisa bhi insan
रहता था किसी शहर में एक ऐसा भी इंसान
There used to be such a person in some city
Jo naam ka muslim thha magar kam ka shaitan
जो नाम का मुस्लिम था मगर कम का शैतान
Who was a Muslim in name but a devil of less
Zalim ko zor e bazu pe apne gurur tha
ज़ालिम को ज़ोर ए बज़ू पे अपने गुरुर था
Zor-e-bazu had his own master
Yani ke bekhudi me khuda se wo door tha
यानी के बेखुदी में खुदा से वो दूर था
That is, he was away from God in ignorance.
Sab log use kehte the jallad sitamgar
सब लोग कहते हैं जल्लाद सीतामगर का इस्तेमाल करें
Everyone says hangman use Sitamagar
Masum ki fariyad ka us pe na tha asar
मासूम की फरियाद का हमें पे न था असरी
We did not have any effect on the complaint of the innocent
Jo wada us ne kar liya wo kar ke dikhaya
जो वादा हमें ने कर लिया वो कर के देखा
We saw the promise we made
Paiso ke liye qatl kiye khun bahaya
पैसे के लिए क़त्ल किए ख़ून बहाया
Killed for money shed blood
Ek din wo behta khun asar us pe kar gaya
एक दिन वो बेहता खून असर उस पर कर गया
One day that bloody blood affected him.
Insan zinda ho gaya shaitan mar gaya
इंसान जिंदा हो गया शैतान मर गया
Man is alive, the devil is dead

Iman jise kehte hai farman e khuda hai
ईमान जिसे कहते हैं फरमान ए खुदा है
What is called Iman, the decree is God
Quran ke har lafz me us ki hi sada hai
कुरान के हर लफ्ज में हम की ही सदा है
We always have in every word of the Qur'an
Allah ne bakshi hai jo iman ki daulat
अल्लाह ने बख्शी है जो ईमान की दौलत
Allah has blessed those who are the wealth of faith
Ye sab se badi cheez hai insan ki daulat
ये सब से बड़ी चीज है इंसान की दौलत
The biggest thing is the wealth of man
Soye huye dilo ko jagata hai ye iman
सोए हुए दिलो को जगत है ये मान
Sleeping hearts are the world
Bhatke huyo ko rah dikhata hai ye iman
भटके हुयो को रह दिखता है ये ईमान
This faith remains visible to those who are lost
Iman ki garmi se pighal jate hai patthar
ईमान की गरमी से पिघल जाते हैं पत्थर
Stones melt with the heat of faith
Is noor se bante hai sawarte hai muqaddar
क्या नूर से बनते हैं सवारते हैं मुकद्दर
Do you ride with noor?
Jo sab se pyar karta hai insan wohi hai
जो सब से प्यार करता है इन्सान वही है
He is the one who loves everyone
Muslim hai wohi sahib e iman wohi hai
मुस्लिम है वही साहब ए ईमान वही है
He is a Muslim, he is the same Sahab-e-Iman.

Jis kaam ke karne pe na ho razi koi dil
जिस काम के करने पर न हो रज़ी कोई दिल
No heart is ready to do the work for which
Wo kaam bhi is duniya me nafrat ke hai kabil
वो काम भी दुनिया में नफ़रत के है कबीले हैं
That work is also hated in the world.
Jo kuch bhi zuban keh de wo iqrar nahi hai
जो कुछ भी जुबान कह दे वो इक़रार नहीं है
Whatever the tongue says is not true
Laghzish hai labo ki wo gunehgar nahi hai
लग्ज़िश है लैबो की वो गुणगर नहीं है
It's a sign that Labo's is not good
Jo dil se nahi karta burai ka irada
जो दिल से नहीं करता है बुराइयों का इरदा
One who does not intend evils from the heart
Allah se wo tauba kare tod de wada
अल्लाह से वो तौबा करे तोड़ दे वादा
He should repent from Allah, break the promise
Jaldi jo sambhal jaye wo nadan nahi hai
जल्दी जो संभल जाए वो नादान नहीं है
Whoever recovers quickly is not innocent
Iman jis me ho wo beiman nahi hai
ईमान जिस में हो वो बेमन नहीं है
The one who has faith is not useless
Duniya me hamesha to nahi rehta andhera
दुनिया में हमेश तो नहीं रहता अँधेरा
There is always darkness in the world
Insan jaha jage wahi pe hai savera
इंसान जहां जाएंगे वही पे है सवेरा
Wherever people go, it is morning

Jo sacche dil se karta hai iman ki aarzu
जो सचे दिल से करता है ईमान की आरजू
One who sincerely believes in
Allah ki nazaro me wo hota hai surkh rooh
अल्लाह की नज़रो में वो होता है सुरख रूह
In the eyes of Allah that is the soul
Iman me kya kya na saha pyare nabi ne
ईमान में क्या न सहा प्यारे नबी ने
What did the beloved prophet not suffer in faith?
Kya aisi musibat bhi utthayi hai kisi ne
क्या ऐसी मुसीबत भी उत्थायी है किसी ने
Has anyone raised such trouble?
Karbal ke shahido ne sabak hum ko padhaya
करबल के शहीदो ने सबक हम को पढ़ाया
Karbal martyrs taught us a lesson
Sajde me de ke jaan ko iman bachaya
सजदे में दे के जान को ईमान बचाया
I saved my life by pronouncing it
Iss raah me jo sehte hai taqlif o musibat
इस राह में जो सेहते हैं तकलीफ ओ मुसीबत
The health which is in this path is trouble or trouble.
Ek roz un pe hoti hai allah ki rehmat
एक रोज़ उन पे होती है अल्लाह की रहमती
One day the mercy of Allah is on them.
Insan hai wo jo dusro ka dil na dukhaye
इंसान है वो जो दुसरो का दिल ना दुखे
The person is the one who does not hurt the heart of others
Pad jaye agar jaan pe to jaan lutaye
पड़ जाए अगर जाने पे तो जान लुटाये
If you fall, you will lose your life if you go.
