Derek Cox-Berg was born in Houston, Texas. He began acting and singing when he was six years old. He was in numerous theatre productions before moving to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. Derek has a recurring role on Malcolm in the Middle, he was a guest star on Zoey 101 and Stacked. He has also been in several commercials. He is an honor student and loves to travel.
