Has worked with a number of publications after college before finally taking up a job at a beauty magazine. She was co-coordinating a makeover shoot for them & one of the assistant directors from Paathshaala (2010) had come for the makeover. She saw saw Kainaz & asked her to audition for a part in the film. Kainaz went along thinking it would be fun to give it a shot. She eventually got the part. When she heard about Ragini MMS (2011), she went for the auditions and then they selected her for the role.
