Abid Ali was born on March 29, 1952 in Quetta, Pakistan as Abid Sher Ali. He was an actor and director, known for Moorat Aka Eunuch’s Wedding (2004), Khak Aur Khoon (1979) and Betaab (1991). He was married to Rabia Noreen and Humera Chaudhry. He died on September 5, 2019 in Karachi, Pakistan.
