Adam Benish has worked as a Director, Producer & Assistant Director in Canada since 2006. Major credits include: THE WITCH (2016), THE MANHATTAN PROJECT (2018) & the Academy Award-winning Best Picture film SPOTLIGHT (2015).His debut independent short film HOLDOUT (2021) premiered at Horror Hound Film Festival in the US and recently made its European premier at the Russian International Horror Film Festival. It is currently in negotiations with High Octane Pictures for worldwide distribution. His second indie short, GENERATIONS UNDER SAIL (2021), is a recipient of sponsorship from: Helly Hansen, Fuji Film, Red Bull Canada and Salus Marine. It is set to play at festivals around the world and seeking worldwide distribution. Adam is a McMaster University alumni with an Honours B.A. in Theatre & Film and a member of the Directors Guild of Canada.
