Blake who was born in Warrington, England traveled around the world with her family before settling back in england at the age of 8. At 16 years old she moved away from home to live in London where she trained in musical theatre, shortly after graduating she then moved to New York to study method acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute for Theatre And Film. Mainly a screen actress, Blake also continues to perform on the stage and television.
