Elma Karlowa was born on March 12, 1932 in Zagreb, Yugoslavia [now Croatia] as Selma-Karolina Karlowac. She was an actress, known for The Beggar Student (1956), Tatort (1970) and Holiday in St. Tropez (1964). She died on December 31, 1994 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
