Frank Pesce

Frank Pesce was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. The story of his experience with the NY State Lottery was dramatized in the 1991 film, 29th Street (1991). Pesce was involved with the film, as well as starring as Frank's brother Vito. Though the film portrays as having won the lottery, he actually was a finalist for the jackpot but did not win.
