Skyler Marshall

Skyler Marshall O’Ferrell was born in Fairfax, Virginia to indigent gypsy types of Irish, English, French and German descent. He was raised Free-Range with his older sister and enjoyed rap music and break dancing before it “Got all gangster in the 90’s,”” and says he was “”Far more beat street than breakin’.”” He abandoned rap and pop music until he fell in with ill reputes and gained an appreciation for punk rock music and skateboard ramps, Bad religion being his all time favorite punk band and mini ramps his favorite skate environment. Skyler is also an excellent mountain biker and enjoys jump trails, he has not yet visited a bike park but can see it happening. He graduated from High School in spite of a staggering lack of support and attended and graduated from the 3 year professional acting conservatory at the Theatre Academy at Los Angeles City College while living in a VW van in L.A. He went with a friend who was registering for business classes and upon seeing a sign reading $11 a credit said I can afford that! Homeless and broke he enrolled in the film program and excelled but upon learning the plays there were only cast from Academy students he decided to try and tackle both but due to the amount of time required by academy training had to bail on his cinema 4 papers and did not complete the film program. Skyler earned a full yellow chord from Raises do’ Brasil Capoeira while in college and was given the name “”Barata”” or “”Roach”” during his Batizado. Skyler has a sister, 2 sisters from his fathers first marriage and 2 brothers from his mother. He has never met his brothers.”
